Added 2017-03-07 06:57:20 +0000 UTCSo on Friday morning I stood in line in the cold with all the other poor chumps who didn't think to pre-order the Nintendo Switch. It was actually a pretty good time once we all got to talking. Despite my purchase I'm still not wild about the system itself. Like most recent Nintendo consoles I think it will collect dust for months on end between major releases. But I'm a huge Legend of Zelda fanboy and the Switch was holding the definitive version of the latest game hostage, so I caved.
My sad lack of will power aside, the new game hasn't disappointed me and I'm on a bit of a Zelda kick, which leads to Impa here! This is the Hyrule Warriors version of her. That game had some of my favorite character designs, I loved how over the top everyone looked. Leave it to the guys who make Dead or Alive to fit in as much cleavage as possible. If you're unfamiliar with the character, Impa has been around since the series began. She was featured in the art and story of the instruction manual as the one who sets Link off on his original quest. Though she was originally presented as Princess Zelda's elderly handmaid, she was reinvented as a ninja-like bodyguard in Ocarina of Time, and that concept largely stuck as the series went on.
I'm actually considering doing some more Zelda characters this month. You guys interested? Any particular girls you'd like to see? Let me know! :)

Yes a lot of big games are now coming out this month and hardly any time to play them all lol. Not only that but, season 5 (final) of Samurai Jack is has now finally started.

I've been watching gameplay vids of the new Zelda on youtube and twitch. It looks like its going to be a huge amount of fun exploring the world and seeings all the old races from Ocarina of Time. I'll probably buy it for the WiiU and play it later. I'm mostly waiting to play the new Mass Effect Andromeda game later on this month.

2017-03-07 14:35:51 +0000 UTCI hear you. At this point this point the Xbox One and PS4 are pretty much just underpowered PCs. Though I keep buying games for them for the same reason I bought the Switch: exclusives. I can't play Last of Us 2 or Horizon: Zero Dawn anywhere but PS4 so I keep coming back lol.

That said, I always go for the Nintendo handhelds and if they prove me the Switch is their de facto portable console I'll have to take the plunge. Still on the fence, though. Onto more serious matters, I'm totally in favor of more Zelda pinups! I'd say you can't go wrong with true form Midna, Cia from the aforementioned Hyrule Warriors, or adult princess Ruto.
