this is very strange, when I log out of Dropbox and try to access the file with the password, it works well. Did you try with another browser?

2023-09-19 11:52:41 +0000 UTCJust tried to access the Grimes piece, entered the password and got an error 403 message. I didn't have any issue with the previous piece.
