Enigmatic Calvard officer who is is colonel of Republican Army of Calvard and core astronaut for Project Startaker that's been developed in secret under supervision of President Roy Gramheart. she's not afraid to take risks and supports those she is acquainted with and always has demonstrated a michivious and flirtatious side.

The goal of the third phase is to launch an astronauts' boarding unit into space.

Project Startaker is said to establish a new network of orbal communication via satellite and addressing environmental issues from analyzing the satellite's imagery which spurred various factions both on the surface and behind the folds into action.
