The moment the jewelry is snatched from the elf, her hips and thighs explode outward.
"Wait! Give it back! If you don't, I'm going to keep growing!"

The elf's top rips off as a much larger set of breasts bursts forth from where the small breasts once were. She does her best to cover them with her hands, but her now massive areola are too big to hide. The lifeguard stands, stunned by the sight unfolding before him.

With the lifeguard too stunned to act and the jewelry now out of the elf's reach, the growth continues until an Elven emergency expansion team arrives to deflate the situation.
