April 2025 Monthly Announcement Post for All Tiers

We made it through Anniversary Month, and now we're into Birthday Month! Now that the excitement of my VA anniversaries are behind us, it's April, which means my birthday here in Beautyland. Plus, Spring is starting to show itself here in the Northern Hemisphere, and that makes me ridiculously happy. This is going to be a great month!

But first, before we dive into the nitty gritty of this month, there's something we have to do first.

If you're new here and this is your first announcement post, WELCOME to my safe and cozy little community here on Patreon! Whether you're here because you're looking for all the audio goodness (you're in the right place), to experience a welcoming, inclusive community that is happy to have you (that would be us!), to escape the trash fire that is reality right now by losing yourself in the worlds of the audios (us too!), or any other reason, we're so glad you've decided to be here!

If you've been here before, well, you know what to expect.  I'm sure you've memorized what I'm going to say, so let's say it together! Deep breath... WELCOME BACK!  Thank you for continuing to bring your wonderful energy to our little community, for making it a safe and comfortable place to be, and for being the fantastic person that you are! I will keep working to make this a place you want to be!

Whether you've just joined us, or you've been here for weeks, months, or even years, thank you for joining me! I talk about gratitude a lot, and how thankful I am for my community, for each and every one of you. It's important to me that you know how appreciated you are, and how thankful I am you're here. This is my dream, living a life of creativity and being able to share my voice with the world, and I'm incredibly thankful to all of you for being such a huge part of that. Thank you for choosing to be here!

April is one of my favourite months (and not just because it's my birthday month). The feeling of renewal and coming out of the dark, cold winter is like a healing balm to my soul. I love Spring, and I love getting to share my favourite month with all of you! So let's see what this burst of new energy has in store for us, shall we? Grab your furbaby (or furbabies), roll up those sleeves to welcome the warmth of Spring, and let's get into it!

💜 My final Anniversary surprise is happening this month, and I've asked for your input! If you haven't already filled out the form (thank you to everyone who has!), you'll find it here. The form closes on April 4th.

💜 Our Anniversary hangout on YouTube will be on Saturday, April 5th at 4:30pm EST. This won't be a game stream, it will be a hangout where we might bring out the tarot cards, I might show y'all some of the behind-the-scenes editing stuff, I'm sure my kitties will make some kind of appearance (as they usually do), and so on. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there!

💜 Let's Create An Audio is returning at the end of this month! The voting form will go up in the last week of April, with the resulting audios being released in May. They will be bonus audios, not part of the regular tier rewards. It's going to be a fun event!

💜 Birthday Chill Stream will be Saturday, April 12th at 4:30pm EST. It's a little earlier this month than normal, but I wanted to make sure I could do it on a Saturday, which is when most people can attend. The game is TBD, though Hello Kitty is probably a safe bet (unless Dreamlight Valley does something epic in the meantime!).

💜 I have updated my Throne Wishlist again, by request, with gift cards. The physical items are so expensive to ship up here to Canada, so gift cards are the easiest way to send gifts. This is completely optional. I never want anyone to feel like they have to use this list. A huge thank you to everyone who sent me such wonderful gifts! I am truly grateful for your generosity and thoughtfulness! Through your gift cards, I've been able to support some incredible indie authors, which is amazing!

💜 As of last month, I am no longer affiliated with OhCleo, so I will be finding another option for tips. Once I have something I'm comfortable with, I'll announce it. For now, Throne is the best way to send me anything.

💜 I announced this on Monday, but just to re-iterate, there are 5 Wednesdays in April, so there will not be an F4F audio this week, on the 2nd. We will resume as normal next week.

That's it! That's my list for right now! I have a few other announcements that will pop up throughout the month, but the details aren't ready to share yet. I'll post as soon as everything is figured out. Updates are also added to the Discord server as they happen, too, so if you haven't joined us over there yet, definitely check it out. All you have to do is connect your Discord account to Patreon and you'll be automatically added to the group! There's always lots going on here in Beauty-land, so there's never a dull moment!

I may not always be able to respond to everything, but please know that I read and appreciate all of it. For the time being, I've had to change the way comments work on my website, for anyone who uses it to comment, so that you now have to be logged in before you can post.
