Apple Users - New Fee When Subscribing Through the App Store - Use a Browser Instead To Avoid the Fee - Info Inside

Hey y'all, I just wanted to mention something really quickly, because it's important for anyone using an Apple device.

❗❗❗ Recently Apple added a 30% surcharge to any Patreon subscription purchases through their app store. This is for new purchases only, so if you have a current subscription, it doesn't affect you unless you cancel and re-join.

🎇🎇🎇 To avoid this fee, subscribe using a web browser instead!

You'll still be able to access your subscription through the Patreon app, but you won't have to pay this extra fee. It's not the most convenient, but it's the best way to avoid additional unnecessary fees.

This is not a fee from Patreon or me as the creator. This is a fee that Apple has implemented, so unfortunately we don't have the ability to turn it off.
