Behind-the-Scenes Exclusive - Something a Little Different This Month

This month's Behind-the-Scenes Exclusive is a little different than previous months, as it's been a tough month on my end and there isn't much to share from my side that's of any interest. (For those who don't know, I broke my foot a couple weeks ago and it has slowed me down quite a bit - more info in the July monthly update.)

But I wanted to make sure I'm still providing quality content to my amazing Patrons, so I came up with this little idea. Earlier this month, I released a comfort audio for panic attacks on Reddit, and since then I've received countless messages about how much it has helped my listeners. In those messages, there have been several requests for ways to listen to the audio while offline, because an internet connection isn't always possible. Quite a few of those requests have come from my lovely Patrons.

So that's what I'm offering in place of a Behind-the-Scenes audio this month: A downloadable mp3 of "Just Breathe," the panic attack comfort audio.
