The "About" page explains the 4 charges although it is fairly old and needs to be reworded. The patronage is 'per package of 5-10 pictures', not 'per month'. This used to be to allow me to charge less charges if I were ever to make less content (or go on vacation for half a month and can't deliver as much). I don't remember ever releasing less than 40 pictures per month so that's why it's always been 4 charges. Sorry for the misunderstanding
