Would you believe Kitten Natividad gave me these shoes?

Russ Meyer girl turned mature and sassy burlesque legend Kitten Natividad gave me these shoes. She also gave me a pair of black high heels (same height) and a pink raincoat.
I can't put these shoes on myself. I've worn them in multiple photo shoots, but I can't dress myself in them. I can barely balance. The heel is 5" while my foot is 8.5" long. I think I have maybe an inch or two of my actual foot on the floor for balance.
I should call these my humbling shoes because I have to ask for help any time I wear them.
I don't know why I wear them for photo shoots. It's not like I have much stability or variety of poses available to me without tipping over.
It looks like I have Barbie feet in this photo.
I thanked Kitten for the shoes again after my first photo shoot in them, confessing I couldn't really walk in them. She said, "Honey, you just wear them to walk to the bed. Then you take them off."
Is it any wonder that I drag Mr. Snapper to most photo shoots? I can't put on my own damn shoes and walk in them.
