Callie's Life - Build 06a Release

In addition to the fixes listed in the change log file, the following issues were fixed (I just forgot to add them to the list)
* A bug that allowed the new candy sale (north of the park) to happen prior to actually attending the Booster Club meeting to learn about the candy sales.
* some missing "name tags" were put in to conversation dialogs. - there are still a few more, but I'm adding them as I come across them.
As always, I welcome any and all feedback and bug reports. I'm working on B07, which I still plan on making a public release candidate, so I hope you all like what you see and if you find anything, let me know!
