Shun's Discovery - what's coming in v 0.4.3

Hello everyone!

We're steadily approaching the release of version 0.4.3, so I'm here to summarize what's coming in this update. But first, we want to once again apologize for the bugs in the previous version and thank you all for your diligent testing and reports.

The next version will include fixes for all the issues you've reported on our Discord server in the "bug_reports" channel. Now, let's dive into the full list of new content you can expect in version 0.4.3.

Girls' Placement System

Until now, the girls' locations during the day were static—they would always stay in the same spots, regardless of the day or the job we chose. With the new update, that's about to change. The girls will now dynamically react to your decisions. Additionally, they'll spend part of their free time in their rooms, which you won't be able to enter until you reach Intimacy Level 2 with them.

To make it easier for you to plan your daily tasks—especially when working toward specific quests with certain girls—a new feature has been added. During job selection, a graphic will now show how the girls will be assigned based on your choice.

For example, in the image below, you can see that if you choose to work at the reception desk for the day, you'll have a free evening with Fuyuko, while Shun will be tending the bar.

Quests, position

This is the content that was originally meant to be included in the previous version. First, you'll now be able to complete Quest 007 with Fuyuko. During this quest, you'll witness an animated scene (you can find a video of this scene in this post). Completing this quest will also unlock another position with Fuyuko, which I previewed some time ago (in this Work In Progress post).

Version 0.4.3 will also introduce Quest 008, which builds on the idea you suggested to Mr. Komoto in Quest 003 about increasing the inn’s revenue through a luggage-carrying service. However, this quest will remain incompletable for now.

The reward for this quest will eventually be an animated scene, but we plan to run a poll next week where you can decide what will happen in it. We’re excited to see what you choose!

Additionally, version 0.4.3 will include a new scene where Shun-chan makes a certain discovery, leading to her earning her first skill point and triggering the start of Quest 009.
