Version 0.4.2 is here!

Hello everyone!

Version 0.4.2 has just been made available to our Patrons. We’ve got some good news and some not-so-good news to share.

Let’s start with the bad news: this version still doesn’t include the two quests and scenes we originally planned to have ready. Work on other elements took longer than expected, and since version 0.4.1 had some pretty serious bugs, we didn’t want to keep you waiting any longer for fixes.

Now for the good news! Version 0.4.2 introduces significant changes to several core aspects of the game, making Komadori Inn even more fun to play. Plus, we’re (a little bit) confident this is the last update focused almost entirely on technical improvements. While there are still features we have to refine and add (such as the “room cleaning mini-game”), these are things we can work on in parallel. The focus is finally shifting towards adding content and new scenes!

To give a little sneak peek of what’s coming in the next version (what was planned for this), it will include an intimate kissing scene and a new position for Fuyuko, adding more depth to her storyline and interactions (you can see the kiss in the previous, locked post). Meanwhile, Shun-chan will finally have her first position unlocked (handjob), marking a major milestone for our relationship.

We know it’s been a long journey, but we really want Komadori Inn to feel like an exceptionally enjoyable experience—and we appreciate your patience as we bring it closer to that vision. 

And here's the changelog of v 0.4.2

Changed / Fixed

• Front desk shift

  •  Changed the layout of the PC with the schedule, and now NPCs ask more varied questions (on weather, hotel information or currency rates)

• Bar shift

  • Adaptive tempo - how fast new guests come in depends on how quick is the player mixing the drinks

• Energy system

  • Locked nights - at night you go automatically to bed. You need to buy an permanent item from the store to be able to walk around at night (item available after quest 004)

  • Full recovery - nights restore your whole energy bar

  • Changed energy cost - actions energy cost is more varied. Some actions will also take energy but won't take time

  • Work energy cost - the energy required for work will be deducted when you select a job during the morning meeting, so you don’t have to worry about running out of it later.

• Bug fixes

  • Serious bugs (Whiteboard, Day 1 Front Desk Shift, Picking up the phone, Quest 005, Day 8, Manual Saving - I think that's all)

  • Many many other smaller fixes and improvements
