As you could see in our little roadmap of the next updates, with version 0.0.5 we want to introduce a quest system with quest number 001. However, before the player can receive it, we need to design and implement the entire quest interface. Here's what's coming soon to Komadori Inn.

We start with the menu and the list of active tasks. Here you will be able to check out all the little adventures you haven't completed yet. In addition to the name of the quest, we also see who we received it from, so we can quickly find tasks from the person whose progress we care about the most. After all, completing quests will bring the most experience points and will also add "skill points" for which you will be able to unlock sexual positions on the skill tree of a given character.
On the right, standard information about the task with a short description, a list of objectives and a small hint about what needs to be done.
In the middle of this white field you can also see circles, which we call "episode balls". We want to split larger quests like an anime plot, so completing all objectives will move the story forward and unlock a new set of tasks to complete, like another episode of your favorite show.
While in the active quest list, you will be able to select a quest to follow. Thanks to this, you will have access to a quick preview of the next objective from the observed quest on the gameplay screen.

To encourage you to complete quests and make it easier to find new ones, you will be able to switch from the active list to the "All" tab. There you will find a list of literally all quests in the game - with hidden details, but information on how to unlock this quest.
Of course, no game with quests is complete without notifications about their status. During the game, you will be able to see four types of such notifications:
New Quest Received
Quest Updated
Objective Completed
Quest Completed
We wanted to make unlocking and completing quests to feel like a "major" event for you, so we made sure that such notifications will appear with a cool effect.

Finally, we cannot forget about rewards for completed tasks. You will also be informed about them appropriately.

Of course, at the end of the day, what matters is not how we will display these quests and what rewards you will receive for completing them, but whether these quests will be fun, and that is the most important thing for us.
We want the tasks to not only engage you, but also for completing them to have at least a small impact on the world around you at Komadori Inn. There will definitely be a simple fetch quest here and there, but we will try to make everything in Komadori Inn a small but engaging adventure for you.
