The last few weeks were quite busy, with all the Steam Next Fest things happening, and other stuff going on in our lives. But this slightly quieter period on our side did not mean that we were taking a break from LaHS! Oh no. Apart from creating this Patreon page you're looking at right now, we've been discussing a lot on the next steps, with some of them being implemented as you're reading this.
If you've read our last news update on Steam or Itch.io, you might already know what are the three things we will be focusing on in the upcoming days:
- Making the game's world more lively
- Making the statistics and grind more pleasant and meaningful
- Adding more "interesting" characters and scenes (illustrations)
Mugenji is already working on the first point, designing and implementing special events all over the game's world. The plan is to have something hidden on each map, that could happen during specific day. It might be something funny, something sexy or, what's more important, something that will boost your stats.
Of course, we will ask everybody from the tier "Video importer" and up to test the shit out of everything we'll come up with. And feel free to let us know if you have any ideas of how players could improve their stats!
