We could also see chads friend again from the beginning of the story in a sequel maybe it starts by showing him changing them more or him just having sex with them after he has changed them more.

But as he is visiting her some of his mom's old friends from before she bimbofied come to check on her and he ends up changing them as well one could be a guy the other a women so we can get some TG stuff in there.
