Jim, where are u?

Good morning my dear friends and supporters,

Maybe you have noticed that since Monday/Tuesday there was no reaction from me, so I will keep you up to date now.

I had an operation on my neck on Tuesday morning. A lump had formed there over the years - a small lump on the outside - but reaching up to the neck muscle. This lump was tennis ball sized on top, but towards the muscle it went into the area. And here lay the problem. Not only was the neck muscle affected and compressed, but also the adjacent nerve center was enclosed. 

The surgery was originally supposed to take 30 minutes - in the end it was almost 2 hours that I was lying there under general anesthesia. The nerves as well as the muscle should not be damaged if possible - which was very difficult due to the unforeseen spread of the tumor, but it was successful. But - the entire Tuesday and Wednesday I was therefore little to no responsive. The anesthesia itself had to be prolonged, which was tantamount to an overdose. 

To make matters worse, yesterday the open wound was found to be infected - in other words, my discharge from the hospital today was postponed until next week. Currently, next week Monday is under discussion, but depends on the course of wound healing.

I am currently on a drip with strong painkillers and have been trying to write this text for you for over 30 minutes. My prepared work will last until next Saturday. But since I'm not at home and still in the hospital until at least next Monday, I will not be able to generate new uploads for the coming week.

As soon as I'm back home and I'm no longer completely beside myself because of the painkillers, I'll start producing new work again. However, this was planned differently, so I apologize to you for the failure of the coming week.
