Updated the Main and Second Content Tiers

Hello my dear friends and supporters,
from time to time I check my tiers here on Patreon and adjust them. Usually I do this once every 6 months.
Thereby I look what has proven itself, what is less useful or what flies out completely. Of course I also look what is missing.
- The TipJar / Single Picture stage remains untouched for now, here I will look after my vacation what can be optimized.
- At my Main Content Tier I added as information that the works are all available in High-Resolution (High-Res), because I upload my works since ever in high resolution, but I never knew that I should mention that also as a "Benefit"^^.
- The same goes for the Second Content Tier. Here, in addition to the High-Res tier, both "Exclusive Content" and "Exclusive Voting Power" were added as a Benefit.
This has the following background.
While Main Content comics are uploaded to DeviantArt in chunks and heavily censored, the comics of the Second Content Tiers remain unaffected. So they are to be seen as Exclusive Content that only supporters of this tier should get.
The same applies to voting. Experience has shown me that voting in the individual tiers is used almost exclusively by second content tier supporters. Therefore, this will also be an Exclusive Voting Power as Benefit from now on.
