The second are the Tsah, whose existence on the galactic stage was all but non-existent until recently. They claim to be as ancient as the stars themselves, and their level of technology seems to lend at least some credence to this claim. With the ability to survive even in the vacuum of space, and transport themselves vast distances without the need of any sort of spacecraft, they are at least without a doubt, the most evolved race in all of the galaxy.
