Coffee, Tea, or...

I'm sad no one adopted this slug gal, or any of the others, really. But I kind of liked some of their designs, so I've taken it upon myself to fuck this one in particular.

---

Dammit, dammit dammit...She hated it, any yet she couldn't help but smile a bit when he walked through the door. She could see that gaudy pink hair of his from across the parking lot, as if his equally ridiculous ship didn't give him away as it landed. She turned away as he entered.

"Mary!" There was genuine excitement in voice as he called to her. "How's my favorite gastropod in the galaxy doing today?"

Dammit, dammit, "What do you want, clown?" She tried to reply as coldly as possible. She wouldn't be beaten this time.

"I'm hurt." From sickly sweet tone of his voice, he was most definitely not. "I thought we had something special." He was cheerful as ever as he sat down at the bar and propped his head upon his hand. Of course Mary DID know what he wanted, but the clown didn't need to know that...

"Well, since we're playing this game..." he said under his breath.
"Small coffee. Load her up with sugar, please."  His smile was as wide as ever.  Damn was it adorable...

Mary bit her lip, but complied without complaint. It was her job, after all. His kind loved their sugar. Having served HIM and many of his race, she was well aware of that fact. THIS ONE would eat it right out of the bag if she let him, and she had...more than once. But not this time...

"You didn't answer my question, by the way," he continued.

"You're...huh?" Caught off guard, she turned to him, her eyes meeting his. They were such a vibrant blue....

"How. Are. You. Doing?" He repeated slowly. He didn't blink. He just stared, that sickly sweet smile of his digging an ever-growing pit in Mary's stomach.

"Fine," she replied in a hurry before turning away again. She prepared the clown's coffee in record time, even using the silly peppermint-striped mug he loved so much...Dammit. She had grabbed that without thinking.

"Great!" He happily took a cup and downed it without hesitation. They really DID love their sugar...

"So," he continued. "You want me eat you out now?"

Mary almost dropped the glass she was idly polishing. The clown was usually pretty forward, but not THIS forward. "Oh, would you stop it!" She slammed the counter with her hand, not quite as forcefully as she would have liked. "I told you last time, you can't keep coming in here and doing this! I'm on the job, you jerk!"

The clown was undeterred. His head still rested upon his hand, his eyes casually scanning the empty bar. While that  statement wasn't a COMPLETE lie, he could tell there was a bit of embellishment. This tiny little bar was on the edge of the galaxy. There were quite a few parsecs in between here and the nearest trade planet. There wasn't even a proper space station in easy flying distance. The only customers were freight flyers  who needed a pit stop before a long haul across the stars. That usually meant small bursts of big business every now and again, but aside from that, this place would be empty, and lonely...

"Hmmm...That kind of sounded like a 'no,' but I'm not quite sure..." The clown leaned in close, his grin suddenly much wider than before. "So...Would. You. Like Me. To-"

"Yes!" Mary blurted out. "Please..." She inhaled sharply, her eyes clenched shut.

Dammit...And she was doing so well this time...
