This is because the Custom Shader did not load the settings correctly, but the displayed settings are correct. You need to reload the plugin and then manually enter the adjusted values.
I tried to fix it, but couldn't find a way

Hair is an asset file, it supports physics and collision, you need to use the CUAManager plugin to save all the assets in the scene as a preset, then load this preset in the scene where you want to use this character
