The parallel between Thorfinn and his dad is insane. Thors tried helping a slave escape servitude, he performed cpr on him as he was dying, then in the end he told him about Vinland to calm their soul as they passed on. Just like how Throfinn did with Arnheid.

2025-10-28 16:37:32 +0000 UTCJust FYI - this aint the first time when we saw someone try to CPR sb (we actually saw Thors do it) + the story Thorfin told her about Vinland is nat exactly from Leif but from Thors - similar circumstances (like father like son) First time rewatching it but reading the manga really makes these details pop up
