He doesn't just barge in, he calmly assesses the situation and formulates a plan. Just love his character! He's a crappy person for sure, but man is he so fun to watch! 2 more episodes in s1, then onto s2!

Askeladd's story is fantastic, and how it colours and reflects on Thorfinn is just so amazing.
