What if Björn lived the same way Thorfinn has lived with Askeladd? But instead of hating Askeladd as Thorfinn does, Björn sees him as some kind of uncle figure?

2025-09-04 16:16:11 +0000 UTCI'm pretty sure the whole dying with a weapon in hand to get into Valhalla thing is more of a movie/tv trope than a real thing the Norse people believed so I might just be reading into it too much but, I really love how in his final moments rather than reach for his sword Bjorn reaches for his friend.
