I'm enjoying the story so far! The atmosphere of the show really makes everything serious, solemn, and beautiful. "No one has any enemies" is such a simple yet deep concept, which I guess for the viking at that time it's such a weird and alien concept. Honestly I'm so scared of Thor dying, it feels like a setup for Thorfinn's tragic backtory T_T I hope not...

This story essentially starts in 1002 when King Ethelred II of Wessex ordered the massacre of Norsemen in England, leading to the events of this episode.
