Doflamingo's iconic laugh during all that chaos was the best. <3. Also as to why the Navy are confident and dare to challenge WB is cus they have the superior military strength, they have the numbers, they have the organization of the entire world to back them up and WB is well pass his prime and is therefore weakened. Numbers matter as shown in previous arcs where even the Strawhats decide it's better to outrun the Marines than stay and fight, the numbers would eventually overwhelm you no matter how powerful you are. As for being a regular person in OP, that's exactly what Usopp and Nami are, as emphasized during the Alabasta arc, they aren't superhuman and rely on weapons and their wit to survive and fight. Sheer effort and pure determination can only get a regular human being so far. You are also correct in that the power gap between the Admirals and Luffy is objectively huge, as Gloriosa said, Luffy is like an ant in this war amongst all these monsters that far outclass and surpass him individually. He only survived Impel Down due to sheer determination and with a lot of help from his allies. Nonetheless, Luffy standing up to the 3 Admirals was beautifully animated and was a badass moment that shows his courage and determination.

Watching people's reaction to Whitebeard's power as more of it is shown, is quite a rollercoaster of emotions and trying to process/figure out how it works. Love it XD We also can't forget... this is Whitebeard as a 70yr old man, not even in his Prime... And Luffy's 'entrance' will forever live rent free in my mind. Absolute cinema ♥

Whitebeard is so badass! Literally just got stabbed by a big ass sword that Squard shouldn't be able to wield (but it's anime, so we let it go lol) and is basically like, "'Tis but a scratch" and starts wreaking absolute havoc! I love our guy Jimbei! He's always supporting our captain unconditionally. That shot of Luffy standing in front of the 3 admirals is pure poetry!
