i love him because while yes he has moments of being like hes kinda right and seems like a good soldier hes also blood thirsty and insane

Vampire the Assquerade

Cool to see the difference between evil and monster in Kimblee and the hommunculi.

So both Selim and Bradley are homunculi that are hiding their true selves from Mrs. Bradley? I smell a sitcom idea.

Andrew Nelson

The reason Buccaneer attacked Ed was because he was jealous that Ed had a cute girl as his automail mechanic.

in the english dub when bucaneer punches ed and ed asks why he says "life isnt fair" lol

Vampire the Assquerade

A fun little interaction that gets recontextualized after the Pride reveal is when the brothers first meet Selim in the library, his bodyguards point their guns at Ed, and Selim starts to panic and yell "Wait! Don't shoot him!" At the time, we obviously think Selim doesn't want them to shoot Ed because he admires him, but with what we know now, he was panicking and telling them not to shoot him because he's an important sacrifice. I love little scenes like that, that take on a new meaning when you rewatch them, and this show is full of them!

Kimblee’s conversation with Winry about her parents shows one of his most noteworthy characteristics. He strongly admires people who follow their convictions regardless if he agrees with them or not like the Rockbells. That also means he hates hypocrites like in Ishval when he criticized everyone who signed up for the military believing they wouldn’t have to kill anyone.

the grunt at the end of the episode. i felt the same XD

Iron Lord Rock

Also when Ed is trying to threaten Wrath and Wrath says β€œmy son can never be used as a weakness against me” or something, he literally meant it lol

You can tell this show pulls from western religious elements with the sins. Pride is considered the root of all evil. It’s cool they made it the first

James Williams

Ah yes, my favorite reveal. No one ever suspects the child…
