From there, all the movies will have some input from him. While non-canon, they are ALL a must-watch as they are a real testimony to Oda's creativity. Now, Oda likes to introduce those movies with teasers and sometimes actual canon material; this is the case here with Shiki. Episode 0 (or if you wanna read it, Chapter 0) is the necessary CANON content you will need to watch for this movie. Strong World, in many aspects (designs, story, soundtrack), is amazing. Have fun!
