Nothing special in terms of anime, but good enough for what it's trying to do, which that there's layers to this young man. Kids can definitely be mean and take thins too far and that's definitely true in his backstory. He wasn't born a monster/villain, he was turned into one. I definitely have my issues with OPM, mainly that there isn't nearly enough tension in this show. It's also a bit predictable, but overall, it's quite the enjoyable show. I probably never would've watched it again if you ladies didn't react to it. It's a fun anime that just doesn't quite stack up to other anime for me, but is definitely better than others. I'm glad y'all enjoyed it so much 👍

2025-04-06 01:43:37 +0000 UTCI think the reason people complained about this season is because it was a big buildup like it was part 1 of the season and then we were left for 6 years without a part 2. Not to mention the change of studio. Regardless, I love this show and I enjoyed season 2 a lot. So much hype for season 3, let’s go!!! Do you know how you might approach the release of season 3? I’ve never watched a show with you yet where the show itself is still in the process of weekly episode releases.
