Those two previous episodes were Mustang and Hawkeye covertly doing a mission while flirting with each other over the phone. Also, the dog is Black Hayate whom Riza has trained VERY strictly.

I get people like to see reactions, but it's pretty silly. It's like saying don't read the first arc of Berserk because spoilers.

2025-03-25 14:32:45 +0000 UTC"Fun" fact, as others have said, the english voice actors for Mustang (Travis Willingham) and Lust (Laura Bailey) are married (dating when FMA:B was recorded). Travis has said in an interview that the worst day he has ever worked as a voice actor, was when he recorded this episode, becuse he had to listen to what it would sound like if his girlfriend was being burned alive, and then have to act like he was the one burning her.

2025-03-25 13:59:27 +0000 UTCThe death of Lust is still one of the most visceral I've seen in anime. The unadulterated hatred in Mustang's eyes is chilling. Then to end the episode with Barry's scene makes this one of the most memorable episodes in any series for me.
