You asked why is two 0 in the Soldier Dock system. Answer: because is the Support Paddle system, you need it in both sides of the ship.

The world is so vast and unique, and devil fruits are such a robust magic system that Oda can make any story in One Piece and it just allows for so much freedom, which is such a core theme of One Piece too. It just all goes together beautifully. Still waiting for one of my favorite One Piece songs :)

In my opinion, this is the only arc in the entire show that isnt better than the previous (with one other possible exception for similar reasons). Obviously a lot of people love it in these comments, super excited to hear your opinions!!

I bring this up because I think in most animation most characters expressions are activated when a cue is hit. While in One Piece Facial expressions are always happening, every character is always reacting. Regardless of whether the camera is focused on that character.
