A lot of people dont make it to episode 314 before looking into what should be safe info and getting themselves spoiled just from seeing Garps full name.

He is even briefly shown in the first Opening. I am scared they may reveal Luffy's father identity in Live Action season 2, so quite early as they did with Garp. So I'm happy you watched this episode before LA 2. So looking forward to keep going on this journey with you 😊 Love your theories, regardless if they are correct or not

There's the seven warlords we've met before (Mihawk and Crocodile and others) who cooperate with the world govt, the four emperors we've just learned about who are the most powerful pirates in the grand line, the Revolutionary Army who we have just learned about, and the world govt. It's a very cool set up because I remember thinking before this point on my first watch that we've seen all the action focused on the sea at the moment (pirates and marines) and we don't really have much about what's happening on land and now you have the RA who are working to topple governments and kingdoms against the world govt

Though the rumor was that garp refused to wear it correctly and so many young men admired him and his strength, that they'd wear their jackets just like him.

For YEARS, maybe more than a decade. That reflects how just dang powerful and resourceful Dragon is. Side note: You two are amazing at tracking and integrating prior information, it is really fun to watch you put together things in real time and arrive at theories (which may or may not be correct).

The four emperors, LIKELY, had not been fleshed out by this time and he wanted to drop this bomb on this episode. It kind of feels misleading a little bit from what I specifically know about the rest of the show. You've got some time before any of this actually comes into play. I'm not exactly sure why they didnt hint at the 4th one and I'm not sure I want to comment on it, nor do I think anyone should. But, if you're thinking about this logically, if Garp is talking about the 4 emperors, there are definitely four of them. He gave you guys current events so that fourth one is definitely there. Why else would he say that? You just don't know who it is. Later on you'll see why that is very strange to not show them. Likely had no idea what that person was going to look like when doing this part, I guess.

They were mentioned as the culprits of the attack against Iceburg by Lulu and Tilestone as gag, and the fact that He took the time to draw them always maked me laugh. Love your reactions a lot! The four emperors apparently lead half of the world, so are they allied among themselves, or still rivals? If they are allies, then I guess the 4 of them together are equivalent to the 7 warlods (who are supposed to be a team), but if they are not allies, does it mean each one individually is as strong as the 7 warlords together? The manga/anime never makes that super clear, we each end up just making our own conclusions I guess.
