I definitely would like to see how Jon would rebuild the north with his powers. The power to rewrite reality is definitely something to play around creatively with. Also, I think seeing how the rest of the world reacts to his actions can be scaled down a bit and instead having a flashback chapter two detailing his rise to power can give a lot more context in Jon’s journey through the lands between. But overall the story has been a blast so far!

He's got the experience built up of fighting to survive/become Elden Lord. He would know the consequences of getting distracted or taking his focus off supporting the army of the North. Plus, if he does focus on other things, it's not like either of his wives can't step in and support them in his place either. I talked about this in the discord channel, but Jon can easily rebuild the other missing towers in Moat Cailin, rebuild other other defensive fortifications/castles throughout the North, provide food supplies to each of the Lords to ensuer they and their people easily weather the upcoming winter. Prepare the West Coast for the Iron Islanders potential raiding (either through a small town/city; not enough population for a city tbh) with a shipbuilding industry (he can supply temporary experts via his people). That'll build a navy on the coast to fight off attempts to invade or raid his people. Talk to White Harbor to fund the same on the East Coast. Potential magic assistance on ship building to create better ships? Honestly there's a lot that cab be done to secure the North, while the South attempts to get their act together.

Will we see Dany & Viserys? Will Viserys be redeemed or punished? Also will we see Elden dragons and Targ dragons? Jon should get the Cannibal for his Targ ancestry

2026-01-26 08:34:10 +0000 UTCI don’t know about the powers for now, but it’s almost negligent that he hasn’t thought about his Targaryen side of the family or even the Velaryons at all yet. I get that he’s usually portrayed as more Stark than Targaryen in most fics, but it’s kind of wild that he hasn’t remembered any of his family, or even tried to meet Maester Aemon. With all his power, he could easily visit them in comfort and safety, yet chooses not to? That’s crazy.
