It is Sanji's weakness, and as we have seen time and time again, the Strawhats rely on each other to do what they cannot. And for Sanji, that is to beat up a girl sometimes. It's literally the entire point of the later scene with Robin and him in Wano. You can just go back to Reddit with the sexism part. You must have missed all of WCI to have that opinion.

I had to rewind in order to continue watching 😂😂 Also: THANK YOU for pointing out that that's what a crew is for! They help each other out ❤️ Like Luffy said in Arlong Park, he can't achieve his dream without his crew. Bc there are things he can't do 😊❤️

2024-12-09 21:40:57 +0000 UTCIf it was only about his life I would kinda agree, but the real stakes here are Robin's life and freedom. Then, since he refused to fight properly, Nami's life too. He's one of the crew's main fighters. Facing a deadline and an enemy he needed something from and who explicitly told him not to give her any special treatment, with no hint that backup might be coming, he chose his principle over his crewmate. (A principle that he proudly claims was beaten into him, which is something he should maybe look at with a smidge of critical thought.) (Also a principle that, like all chivalry, is rooted in benevolent sexism. Actually I can't believe that's not my main issue with him here. 😅)

2024-12-09 16:33:50 +0000 UTCThe reason i love sanji even though he’s too pervy sometimes is the fact no matter what he sticks with his principle of never hitting women. In his fight with Khalifa, i was wishing for him to fight back because she’s an enemy but instead he earned my eternal respect. How many can say they should prioritize the situation and hit women if needed(🙄), but only Sanji can be true gentleman even if it costs his life.
