I gotta admit that I didn't catch that on my first watch nor have ever seen someone notice it. Even if you google it says it was only revealed to the audience later on(you know when). Since you were right I guess you can choose to leave the comment, but I would still personally remove that part since I don't think they noticed it

Dugnaldo

On Crunchyroll it’s 33 but technically season 2 ep 9

Chester

I presumed you made a typo with the episode number so I checked episode 13 and 23, none of them mention what you are saying at that timestamp. Please just remove your comment in case they decide to check back this video's comments for some reason

Dugnaldo

Episode 33 21:05

Chester

no he doesn't... he says that he himself (fake geto) can copy the person he possesses technique. He doesn't refer to the other character

Dugnaldo

Fake Geto says he can copy techniques in this season

Chester

you should remove the part that says Yuta's technique. That is only revealed later on.

Dugnaldo

For Clarification, (because the manga practically never outright explains it) Rika from the movie has passed on and her curse was lifted, you are right. The "Rika" that is currently with Yuta and stays with him for the rest of the series is not the same, it is a physical manifestation of Yuta's cursed technique. Hope this helps because even after reading the manga I never got a good answer.

Chester

to add to it, when he was talking about pacts made with sorcerers and spirits along the way, the latter got voided when he got geto's body. because he just straight up absorbed them. thats probably how he got 10 million curses in the span of a year.

Hope they read this one. Explains what happened without revealing anything that we aren't suppose to know yet. Iv seen too many comments (not here but other react channels) where people drop unnecessary hints that reveal too much.

Geo

By the way guys you did not miss Yuta intro 01.05 :) That was specialitz one intro and just Yuta added it

Deived

Honestly, your explanation of "Geto's" plan was the most clear explanation I've seen. Thank you!

Z.Cold

Yeah that's the only super spoilery part, but tbf that part goes by so quickly that most reactors i've seen didn't even pick up on it and were still surprised when Todo showed.

Freeofgreed

I mostly agree with you, except for the part where the intro clearly shows Yuji and Todo fighting against Mahito together. Had they caught on to that earlier, his entrance towards the end of the season wouldn't have had nearly the same impact because they would be expecting it by that point.

Hope this helps: In simple terms, Geto used idle transfiguration to make many Junpeis (gave odinary people the ability to use curse energy/techniques) and many Yujis (vessels for Heian Era sorcerers; like Yuji was for Sukuna), creating more people with curse energy. Inumaki must of been hit by Sukuna's domain expansion between Sukuna's fight with Mahoraga (megumi's shikigami). The higher ups never liked Gojo since they disagreed on everything especially keeping Yuji alive. As they couldn't kill/touch him, they're happy to keep Gojo sealed. And with Gojo out of the picture, they can continue on with their plans to have Yuji killed.

S3 confirmed for July 2025! Also they're making a movie cut version of the Hidden Inventory Arc, not sure if they're adding new stuff but MAN AM I EXCITED. I hope you do your best to avoid ANY MANGA SPOILERS what so ever haha, it just gets crazier from here....

I was really happy with your youtube channel, but JJK being one of my favourite animes (along with Code Geass, Death Note and Demon Slayer) I had to come on the Patreon, and boy you guys didn't disappoint. I have a busy schedule with work and other responsibilities, so this is one of the few things I regularly watch to decompress - a heartfelt thank you to both of you for these excellent reactions, it was everything I expected and more. Now for the questions lol Firstly, when Yuji clapped, Im pretty sure it was just to attract the surrounding curses so he could destroy them, cause the people talking about the situation said Geto 2.0 unleashed a whole lot of them, so when I first saw that, I think Yuji was just trying to do his part 1. Okay so, if you guys remember, what were your first impressions of JJK, from when it was first suggested, to now, how did that change? At first were you like, oh what the hell is this, will this be fun - to now, like were you expecting it to be this deep, dark, heavy, fun, less plot-armour...etc, or what 2. You've only seen/are watching a few animes so far, but compared to them what did you think of JJK's complexity? In terms of the characters, the overall story, the 'power system/rules'...etc. 3. Did you guys like Mahito as a villain, or did you hate him as a villain? (personally I loved Sukuna, Geto, Geto 2.0 and the special grades with him as villains, but honestly hated Mahito, guess he was just that well written) 4. I know you guys loved the show, but was there anything, any aspect you didn't really like about this show? That's a lot of questions, but that's it for me. Again, honestly thank you both. You know watching a reaction is like, when you tell your friends "omg you gotta watch this show, youll love it!" and theyre like 'yeah, sure' and they just sort of forget, lol. So it's validating, hahaha. Take care guys and looking forward to the Q&A!

Gojo and the higher ups never got along because Gojo does whatever he wants and they of course can't stop him, like keeping them from executing Yuji and the threat he made in the movie when he said that if they wanted to execute Yuta, he would side with him not them.

Manuel Gomez

In simple terms, the brain inside Geto marked a bunch of people who had the potential to be sorcerer's but weren't yet, he awakened all their powers and unleashed Geto's stock of cursed spirits to create mass chaos, to what end we don't know at this point.

Mark Drumheller III

And just like that JJK is over, looking forward to Frieren!

Lazy

Yeah this episode is very dense, would def recommended rewatching it in your spare time. Also don't feel bad about not understanding Geto's plan. It'll be explain in far more detail in season 3. Also in defense of those of us who told y'all to watch the intro earlier I do want to point out a couple of things :) 1. The intro is like the first one, in that changes over time, so the version y'all saw is slightly different than the one that was at the beginning of the season, with some added scenes. 2. The scenes seem spoilers because you have context for them, but if you had watched before you saw the context they wouldn't have been spoilery. 3. Todo being in the intro isn't necessarily a spoiler since he was also in the beginning of the season ;)

Freeofgreed

Hey Yall, subscribed just to watch this is real time with you guys. I have read the manga and know what is coming so I am beyond excited, no spoilers here do not worry. I cant wait for you guys to see what is next and I am glad you enjoyed it so much!
