And also, no less important, this arc will show us the true face of the World Government. Oda is consolidated here, giving a lesson on how to connect stories, and that nothing is left adrift. But most importantly when Nami says the line about the Straw Hats being stronger when they know it's okay to save someone. I feel that is her speaking from experience from Arlong Park and it makes me so happy to think how far we've come.

So for about 10/15 episodes he’ll have a different voice. I am just telling because it always shocks viewers and makes them anxious thinking it’s a permanent change.
