Having to see the corpse of hisbest friend who he (according to the author) "loves more than friends or family", which he had to kill himself, being hijacked by this disgusting thing, is absolutely devastating. "My soul rejects you" is such a powerful sentiment, makes my heart ache every time

And Gojo is so amazing beyond just strength, which he proved with his .2 second domain expansion just to try to save all of those people. Gojo's humanity is his greatest flaw and that's what the curses used against him.

2024-10-15 14:56:18 +0000 UTCthis episode is pure insanity, the tone shifted like 3-4 times😭. it amazes me how the fake geto plan even makes sense with the power system of the story. the only weakness we can find in gojo is his humanity represented in his bond with geto, we've learned about this back in S1 with yuji, when todo was helping him to use his cursed energy, we see how the only thing that is stoping him to go higher is his emotions, yuji is one of the only characters that didn't grow up in a environment of sorcerers, he was raised as a normal human, thats why he's the best representation of the struggle that sorcerers carry with them, to execute your power, to be stronger and to use your cursed energy at its best, you need to get rid of your emotions, and oh my god, the way gojo was even about to smile because he thought for a moment that geto was somehow back... i'm just like like kiss😭 that scene is so sad. thank you for the reaction girlies, i'm so excited to know your thoughts on the rest of the season!

2024-10-15 13:50:45 +0000 UTCno spoilers Gojo just breaks my heart, he’s saving others most of the time but where are the others when he needs them. he does everything yet they still criticize him and think that he’s not doing enough, most of them don’t thank him or praise him except for “he’s the strongest”. that why he’s attached to geto because geto praised him when he worked hard for riko and cared about his health when he didn’t sleep for days to protect her.
