Kudos btw as you are the only person that's replied to my comments in a meaningful way. I'm more than happy to discuss why I said what I said instead of just labeling my opinion "cringe", lol.

Not trying to be mean, I just wanted a well written Fallout show which this is surely not by the end. "The Message" WHATEVER it may be is poorly served by a poor and lazy script.

This show has so much depth to continuously offer - Im glad it doesnt get bogged down in meaningless backstory/exposition and meaningless conflict that other lazily written shows have. I mean Cooper started off as the Ghoul and now he's this incredibly complex character who's clearly going through a change. Wonderful how they tie in politics - and sad to say that his friend, Charlie Whiteknife was correct even in today's time. The sad reality is that, and not to go too deep into it, but the goverment is beholden to the interests of ultra-rich corporations and ultra-rich special interest groups, above the, and at the expense of, the American people. Incredible tie in, done in one scene with great dialogue. The scene with the one-eyed overseer lol, I love the flip on post-apocalyptic 'racism' against the surface dweller refugees, mirroring, real world issues, but couching it in a bit of fantasy and humour The purpose of a story is primarily for an emotional experience, and the plot and characters are vehicles for the message of the show, and the message of the show, especially the storyline dealing with politics, is a very real issue that's going on right now - it's just that most people don't really pay attention it. People generally start paying attention when it starts to directly affect them. I dont know if this is human nature, or maybe people want to be pacified with entertainment and are willing to turn a blind eye Okay, apologies for another essay lol. I'll end off on a positive note saying lmao @ that scene with Maximus when Lucy asks if he wants to have sex loll
