I love Shura's speech about sacrifice, apart from the last line. I think this is a great thing for Chopper to hear. Chopper is young and has lived an isolated life, this is a chance to show him that if he wants to continue the fun adventure without losing anything he needs to get stronger.

We get a glimpse of Robin's past by her curled up in a bed. This is alongside the child past of the rest of the crew. All they know so far is that she had a bounty at 8 years old. They aren't aware yet of the trauma she went through as a child. And that one scene can change their perspective of robin before we even get to water 7.
