The follow-along format is used to hopefully avoid copyright claims. Blurring the video except for a brief amount long enough to sync up appears to be fairly standard for this type of video. I'm sure there are exceptions, but I believe this is the standard nonetheless.

Kiss does make an excellent point with the sandstorms. When we are in Erumaru, during the scene with the weeping wind, we see a brief silhouette that looks quite a bit like Crocodile's coat (Episode 96, 19:25 to 19:38). Specifically, Luffy sees it, as if sensing some presence in the wind. If not proof of his literal involvement, it was still a definite reference to the sickness that Crocodile's presence has caused in the land of Alabasta. I believe we can see a good reference for the coat in Episode 92, 4:01, when Crocodile jumps down to defeat the invading pirate force. Earlier in the same episode, at 3:21 we also get a pretty good look at the distinct pattern. At any rate, the message is clear. The sandstorms, the lack of rain, the suffering of the people, and the civil unrest are all connected to Crocodile in some way, at least symbolically. Also interesting is Crocodile's hoarding of massive amounts of water to keep his banana-diles in. It looks like it is common knowledge that Raindinners is surrounded by a lake, but it seems the people attribute this to the relative prosperity of Crocodile's influence, rather than to what it is: a massive hoard of stolen wealth, happiness, wellness, and opportunity taken from the country as a whole. Crocodile openly commits the same crime that the king is accused of, the hoarding of water, but he paints himself as the hero of the people. A monument to his ability to manipulate the masses and to his supreme arrogance.

Can we get reactions without blurring the whole video please.

Love some of your guesses to what happens next lol

RAMbot

bluuagh that sucks, I have a friend who's been in a looooot the last 2 years, and it doesn't seem very fun at all. Glad you're doing better!

100% I hate when people say "remember this/that scene", because I do, and I always figure its significance before I'm supposed to, which spoils the surprise. I don't even think OP profile avatars should be allowed, at least when it's of characters we've not seen yet, or from scenes that haven't been shown. I used to have one of Bk. but changed to some random face when I joined here lol.

Hell yea dude! #TeamAntiHinting

Omg I can finally watch your full reactions after 4 weeks in that damned hospital, but I'm all better now 😌 Autoimmunological diseases are no fun to be dealing with :( Lovely reaction, as always. ❤ The intrigue thickens!

Nooo why do we have to wait 5 days for the next two episodes? It's getting so exciting 😭😭 It feels even worse than waiting a week when it was on TV😅

Comments are ARE spoilers, so stop saying things like this: - Mentioning that a new character is awesome/awful, etc. if we haven't found out why yet. This also hints that they will become important later on - Spoiling names, locations and other vocab that hasn't been mentioned yet - explaining something that they are curious about, which gets explained later on - saying something is important in the current story - saying something/someone isn't important, because they won't appear again - saying something/someone is important and should be kept in mind - Saying how long an arc is or how long it takes until something gets explained - Saying that something hasn't been explained yet, even in the current story and many more. Just try to only reference things that they already know. Don't outright explain something that hasn't been explained and don't hint at something, you're not as subtle as you think

I heard someone say that Crocodile's laugh in the japanese version sounds like Eddie Murphy, and now I cant NOT hear it lmao.
