I'm so glad you guys finally connected Mr. 7 from the LA with Baroque Works, I was waiting for that. Cactus Rock and the gravestone is just one example of something Oda is really good at, he makes sure you know that this world exists beyond the main characters. Whiskey Peak has been functioning for years, the Grand Line has been eating up pirates for years, and as the show goes on, you'll see that places exist and events happen after the crew leaves them as well. It goes such a long way to make the world of One Piece feel alive and lived in. Y'all are on your way to meeting some great characters too!

Lovely reaction ❀ Zoro slicing up that Baroque Works guy in the very first scene of the LA seemed so random to me but turns out I just didn't remember that he was actually asked to join the organization :O Great take on a little detail by the producers! Igaram doing his opera gag was always funny to me. Tried it once with some friends but it turned out cringey XD Oh and finally there are more songs in the soundtrack <3

Oda wasn't quite Goda at this point, but you can see glimpses of it here in these episodes 😉😏

I would love to see 84/85/86 as a tripple upload~ 85 & 86 is a MUST but I think adding 84 is even better 😊 I mean, if it's possible ❀

'Why am I gonna cry for the whale?!' I sat there and answered 'Bc it's One Piece we're watching 😱 ❀ ' If you're anything like me you'll cry for so many reasons in this show in the future ❀ I wanted to submit an idea: I think in one of the previous episodes someone pointed out to maybe not watch the new openings as soon as they come. Bc they do have spoilers in some way. I would loooove to see your reactions at the end of each arc for them tho đŸ„ș🙏 I think (and pls ppl correct me if I'm wrong) that the endings don't have spoilers so I would looove for you girls to react to them as soon as there is a new one~ For example ep 64 has one :) And I'm not sure if you did the 2nd ending (It's one of my fav hehe). Anyway~ It's just an idea and it's up to you two - of course - if you wanna react to the openings and endings at all 😊 I love your reactions so much and I'm always excited to watch OP with you two ❀

Oda's way of storytelling (flashbacks, character development, foreshadows, etc) is honestly one of if not the best I've come across. The man truly gives it his all and I'm glad you're starting to pick up on it. It only gets better :)

I would give up a leg to rewatch this masterpiece with fresh eyes again.

The Grand Line is only beginning... even like 200 EPs in, It is still only the beginning, and remember to have fun watching and ignore all these crazy fans telling you this and that.

Shockwave BTK

Am I bugging, or did you guys change the time you upload?

Ben Harth

You got that right, the Grand Line is a sea going around the whole world and the strawhats have to travel the whole route to get back to Laboon. It is kinda funny, because Crocus told them about the last island and at the twin lighthouses they might be really close to that legendary island. It should be somewhere on the other side of the Red Line, but the only way to get there is to complete the Grand Line.

Years before the Live Action released, a draft script of episode 1 leaked online, teasing the Zoro and Mr. 7 scene and Baroque Works. I knew right away that if that leak was legit, the Live Action was made by people who knew One Piece, because as you now know, the anime didn't show or mention that up to this point, and that goes for the manga too. In fact, when the LA showrunner spoke to Oda about adding the Mr. 7 scene, Oda asked his assistant "Did that happen? I forgot." Oda keeps huge binders with notes because he can't recall everything, but he wants to for good reason.

Oh based on your comments at the end of this one, you are not prepared. Whiskey peak hasnt even started to blow up yet.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention pairing the Laboon episodes. Their are episodes you will want to watch in sets of 2 or 3, either because they are stand alone stories or because it would interrupt the emotions of the story. 68/69 are a pair not very important but it's a pair. The most important pair is 85/86 these 2 must be watched together or it could ruin the flow.

One of the best parts of the series as a new watcher is noticing all the callbacks, and the live action helps with that in this case. So cool that the show runners actually care about the material its very refreshing to just watch this and have a good time.

I like how the live action tied in Baroque Works in season one. This story gets even more amazing.
