Truly magnificent expression of a clown character XD In the 5th ep. we get to hear Buggy's theme for the first time as well as Nami's but this one we don't get to hear too many times throughout the series, idk why. The song when Luffy brings food to Chouchou is a slow cover of "We are!" (the opening) and I'm almost sure there's one more rendition of it.

Actually I think there's a statue of it too

2024-01-17 01:03:13 +0000 UTCExcept for the overall pacing, and Sanji's character, the anime runs superior in all aspects. Given, it does show its age in the beginning a lot, and it's more goofy at times, but the heart, for lack of a better word, is what earned it its audience. But, again, the Live Action made Sanji way cooler, and less exhausting to watch, so that part isn't getting any better.

Great thing about One Piece is that the side characters get such depth and amazing backstories. as it develops. Each arc has its own cast of unique and unforgettable characters.

2024-01-16 20:37:00 +0000 UTCI love that you're loving the show this early 😁😁😁 So, you can obviously see differences between the live action and the anime here. Mohji wasn't in the live action at all (at least, not that I can see) and they only show the town briefly in the live action. The reason the anime/manga hits more for me, is because of something like seeing Chou Chou's backstory. I enjoy the live action for what it is though
