2024-01-01 19:24:54 +0000 UTCThe ultimate intro guide from my view: First intro - "Guren no Yumiya" from Linked Horizon: - has some broad spoilers (we see a bit of the battle of trost) - nothing in the intro happens 1:1 like in the show - generally fine to watch Second intro - "Jiyuu no Tsubasa" - Linked Horizon - some broad spoilers (going outside the wall, the female titan) - no scenes from the show, just the general idea of the arc as extra animated sequences - generally fine to watch Third intro - "Shinzou Wo Sasageyo" - Linked Horizon - the first half is fairly generic spoilerless scenes - then it shows crazy stuff but it does not happen like that at all - its just to get you hype and sets expectations - if you want to be safe then watch it half way through the season (E6 or E7) Fourth intro - "RED SWAN" - Yoshiki Feat. Hyde - most of it is completely spoiler free - you see which characters and their relationships are important - thats about it. you can watch it Fifth intro - "SHOUKEI TO SHIKABANE NO MICHI" - Linked Horizon - spoilers all the way, its just crazy how many spoilers are in this intro - it spoils the most amazing arc of the show and I hate this intro for it - after S3E18 its safe to watch this intro Sixth intro - "minor spoiler title" - Shinsei Kamattechan - except for the title thats a minor spoiler before the end of season 3 - this one uses very abstract animation and has zero spoilers - the song is a banger, too! last intro - "The Spoiler" - SiM - spoiler in the name and all of the intro - very hard to avoid because it hits you out of nowhere sometimes - safe after S4E21 if you even bother with this one - might aswell just watch it, its not as big of a deal as the fifth intro
