“Congratulations Mr. Richards, you’re now the owner of this home in this calm area,” a man with a suit told Andy as they shared a handshake after he signed a contract that made him the owner of this home.

“Thank you so much,” Andy said on the verge of tears.

He still remembers how the seller looked disappointed when he arrived, he didn’t expect that such a young man would be able to buy a home like this for half a million dollars even though he came with one of those lawyers that have benches with their names, but after Andy showed the man a newspaper about the news of the settlement between him and Corey Matthews, the man quickly changed his expression and now, after a few hours since their meeting, this house belonged to Andy.

“So…Am I free to move in now?” Asked the younger man, if he truly wanted to move as soon as possible.

“That depends on you Mr. Richards, this house is now yours and now it’s your responsibility,” the seller told him with a calm tone. “Well, my deed is done, congratulations on your new home Mr. Richards, and thank you for choosing us,” the home seller said before he finally left the house.

Andy still had some things left to do with his quick lawyer but the man did wonders, it was worth what he charged per hour.

“This is your check Charlie, thank you for your help,” Andy said as he paid the man.

“No, thank you and if you have any legal troubles, don’t forget to Check Charlie!” The lawyer said his motto before he finally left.

The man was good but he was clearly one of the many lawyers that have been influenced by that TV show named Better Call Saul. Andy quickly shook his thoughts, it was time to move in and most important of all, it was time to install himself and his computer because he had some important things to do, so, after taking a shower he got in his car, he was going to Los Angeles, it was a one hour trip but he felt like it was worth it.

Thankfully he didn’t have to worry too about the security of the area where he lived now because most of the residents were elderly people, something that could be a blessing or a curse depending on the time of the day but for now, he had other things in his mind.

He took his time to stop to grab some food in an authentic Chinese food restaurant, he got some spicy noodles and bao and after that, he went to a specific building, this building is home to one of the most important music labels not only in the country but in the world, he had a plan, he was going to get a job there and nothing was going to stop him from achieving that.

Even though Andy won more than one hundred thousand followers on most of his socials, and even if he had appeared in the iTunes top ten during the trial, it wasn’t enough to be noticed by labels because his genre of music wasn’t so popular, there wasn’t lots of demand for it, and artists still hadn’t reached out to collab with him, so, he decided to do a face to face encounter with them even if they didn't ask.

Yes, he knew he was being weird but when the opportunities don’t come to you by themselves, you have to create them or else you could be waiting out there without anything happening, so, now he was ready to do this until he encounters a female artist he can manipulate with his powers so he could get his chance to be part of the mainstream musical scene.

Of course, he already had a story ready to explain why he was here and to also make himself look like a victim, so, he remained on his phone, he was actually making music on it using the app of the program he usually uses in his computer, he doesn’t know for how long he looked at people and how many people he looked at but he had to disregard a lot of male artists and he was able to recognize male producers but they were no use for him and his purpose, but then…

He finally found the right person, it was a woman with dark skin, long hair and she was wearing some sexy clothes, white high heels, tight blue jeans and she was practically using the upper part of a bikini which made her big breasts stand out, Andy was too hypnotized by the sight of her breasts but he quickly changed his sight towards her eyes and the moment they locked eyes for a second, she smiled and came to him, this was all thanks to his powers.

“Oh, Tyshae!” Andy said trying to look surprised.

Tyshae is an RNB singer, rapper, and dancer, the woman made so many hits in the last decade and she was getting some these past few years too, in fact, this year her song <<Dirty Gal>> became a viral hit just a few months ago.

“Oh, are you a fan? Do you want me to sign you something?” The artist asked with a warm smile.

It wasn’t usual for an artist to approach their fans, it was usually the other way around, this woman didn’t know why or how but she felt instant interest in the young man in front of her.

“Oh, please sign my shirt,” the young man said out of nowhere, luckily his shirt was white. “This is a delightful surprise, I’ve been waiting here to meet someone who offered me a job as a producer in this company after I sent him some money, but he surely is taking his time,” Andy said with some embarrassment in his voice.

The woman could only weakly smile at him, he was so naïve, she knew he was probably scammed because the people in this company never hire people through Instagram they have other ways but as far as she knows they're not currently hiring, still, she felt bad for the young man, who knows? Maybe the guy he was waiting for really existed and he was just taking his time.

“Wait a minute…I recognize you…Aren’t you that guy who got into a legal mess with that football player and his family? I got obsessed with that scandal, I was supporting you, congratulations on getting that bag!” The older woman couldn’t help but say with a surprised expression.

“Thank you and yes, that’s me, though now I’m working on changing the image the public has of me, I want to move from being the guy who won a case against the most popular American football player of these past few years to what I truly am…A musician,” the younger man said with a weak smile.

Tyshae felt bad for the young man but she couldn’t bring herself to tell him that he was probably catfished, and for some reason, she didn’t want to let him go.

“Your name is Andy, right?” She asked and he nodded. “Well, Andy…Why don’t you come with me and we try to find that guy? If he truly exists then he’s probably doing something illegal by offering jobs through Instagram in exchange for money,” Andy was celebrating in his mind.

Still, he remained as calm as possible, the last thing he wanted was to blow this up, this label is one of the most prestigious not only in the country but in the world, and the artists they have under never fail to top the charts, so, this was a once of a lifetime opportunity to get a job.

“Uh, Tyshae I don’t think that’s a good idea,” her manager tried to stop her.

“Relax Johnathan, now, come with me and tell me more about your music and if you have some tracks in your phone, please play them for me,” the older woman said as she dragged Andy inside the building.

Even though he tried to look as nervous as he could, he was actually smirking on his head, in less than a week in Los Angeles he had already achieved something interesting.
