2024-03-31 20:05:17 +0000 UTCNice Guys for sure! Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe as "partners" in a buddy cop flick? It really surprised me when I first saw it, and it deserves to win the list. Its one of the best comedies to come out on the big screens in what feels like forever (theatrical comedies are dying and moving on to streaming for the most part. This made $62 million against a $50 million budget). yikes). It's honestly a well-balanced and sharp movie, and the cast thrives as a result of taking great care in how the movie runs and, at times, jogs. It just sucks that the film likely won't get a sequel at all. Ending on a positive note, this poll is stacked. Puss in Boots 2 and How to Train Your Dragon 2. Such great movies, but I need to see The Crew watch Ryan Gosling make questionable decisions and scream at the top of his lungs like an idiot first!
