Chapter #5: A true best friend

Harry and Fleur were a little confused about how things turned out to be in this night, a few moments ago they were just talking about the secret harry had just discovered about Narcissa and their child, and moments after that, Fleur and Harry were helping Nymphadora who was too drunk to stand on her feet, they were walking through the house while the metamorph was resting her arms on their shoulders.

- You’re both too amazing… I love you guys – Said Nymphadora while slightly smirking.

- Yes, yes… Just don’t stop walking Dora… We’re getting close to the living room – Harry said trying to hide his annoyance.

He wasn’t in the mood for things like this, he had other things on his head that he needed to worry about like his daughter, he couldn’t help but smile at the thought of the little girl, he wanted to know her better but he also wanted to know what Fleur was thinking about the situation, the fear that he has is that she might decide to forbid them from seeing each other, that would break his heart as he's already feeling that he loves his daughter.

They continued walking until they reached the living room and once they were there, they decided to make the older woman lay in one of their sofas.

- Are you okay, Dora? I’ll get you some moon tea, don’t worry, you'll feel better after that – Fleur said before she decided to get into the kitchen.

Harry didn’t know what else to do to make his friend feel better, he decided to remain in silence to let her alone with her thoughts, he was trying his best to concentrate on the recent events that were happening in his life, and Nymphadora who was completely drunk once she saw the way he was acting, she decided to play with him, she wanted to have fun tonight.

And well, Nymphadora has a weird sense for doing things, and her concept of fun is a little weird, she was poking Harry’s elbow and he tried to ignore her, but it was getting harder and harder for him to ignore her, he decided to look at her with a strange expression.

- What do you need Dora? You should try to rest, you have too much alcohol in your system but don't worry... Fleur's tea is magical – Harry said in a serious tone.

- You’re not fun! – Dora complained before she decided to surprise him by sitting on his lap.

This was a very dangerous situation, Harry knew that this wasn’t something that they should do, the thought of Fleur getting back at any moment scared him.

- Dora, please… Can you get off me? – Asked the raven-haired man worried about this situation.

- I don’t want to! – She complained, she was starting to act like a spoiled brat – Are you scared or what? – She asked in a mocking tone.

Harry didn’t say anything, the only thing he could do was sighing, he looked directly at Dora’s eyes and tried to remain calm, but the older woman was making things harder for him, she suddenly started to caress Harry's chest with just her fingers.

- Come on… You don’t need to act so stoic and plain… Don't worry about anything, everything's going to be fine! – She giggled after she said that.

Harry was having a hard time deciding what to do, he knew that he had to stop her, she was getting both of them into dangerous waters if somehow Fleur knows about this, the raven-haired man wasn't going to live for too long, he decided to not say anything, she was too drunk he was hopeful that she will soon forget about this.

- Come on… Don’t be so stiff, your wife acted better on my bachelorette’s party – Nymphadora said with a slight smirk.

Harry blushed, he remembered that situation, his wife had told her about that, in fact, she confessed to him that she had sex with Nymphadora during her real bachelorette party, the one after the war, he was already dating Fleur at the time.

- I know what you two did but please… Let’s forget about that Dora – Harry commented a little embarrassed about this situation.

But before Nymphadora could say anything, Fleur was back once again, she was staring at the scene with a surprised expression, she wasn’t expecting to find her husband and her best friend in this position.

- You seem to be comfortable uh? – Asked the blonde to the metamorph and said woman nodded furiously.

Fleur walked towards them and sighed before she placed the tea on the little table, she decided to take the one that she was going to use with Nymphadora.

- Uh, Fleur, can you tell her to get off me? – Asked Harry feeling a little embarrassed of the situation.

- I’m sorry dear, but once she gets in this state when she's drunk, there’s no force in this planet enough to make her stop acting as clingy as this – Fleur sighed after she said this – Don’ worry… She won’t try anything, she will be fine, just enjoy the way her body feels over yours – She winked at her husband.

Nymphadora laughed like crazy after she heard those words, she stared at her best friend for a few moments before she looked back at Harry.

- That’s a good wife Harry… You should be thankful that she’s married to you – Nymphadora said before she was forced to take the moon tea.

The older woman started to feel strange, little by little she changed her behavior, but still, she didn’t get off Harry.

- Are you okay now? – Asked Fleur worried about her best friend.

The metamorph nodded, she was starting to get back to reality, and once she realized the position she was in right now, she decided to get off, she didn’t say anything, she just decided to leave Harry alone and take a seat in front of them, the moon tea really does wonders to drunk people.

- I’m sorry for disturbing you guys… I just wanted to have fun with my best friends – Nymphadora said before sighing.

- Come on Dora… Don’t you have to work tomorrow? – Asked Fleur worried about her best friend.

- I had… But I decided to take the vacations I’ve been delaying them for a long time – Confessed the older woman.

That surprised Harry and Fleur, Nymphadora isn’t known to be the best fan of taking days off, she always wants to be outside fighting in the real world to make it a better place for everyone, still, the older woman looked weird tonight, there was something strange that she was hiding and Fleur knew about it.

- Tell me what happened – Fleur told her without thinking twice.

Nymphadora’s eyes widened after she heard her best friend’s words, she decided to look at anywhere but her.

- I-I don’t know what you mean – She mumbled in a sad tone.

But neither Harry nor Fleur leave her alone, they remained in silence for a while before they looked at the other, Harry nodded at Fleur so she could get closer to her.

Nymphadora was still embarrassed about the situation, she wanted to get back home and sleep, it has been a rough day for her, she had her eyes closed while she thought about the events of the day until she was embraced by Fleur.

That surprised the metamorph, she didn’t know what to do after she started to feel her best friend’s touch, she looked at her for a few moments and when she saw the blonde smiling sweetly at her, she couldn't stop herself from sobbing.

This is what she needed, a shoulder to cry on, she needed to be comforted, something bad happened today, and Harry and Fleur knew what was the source of the problems… Remus Lupin, Nymphadora always comes to them when she has problems with her husband.

But right now they decided to give her space to cry on, she needed to release to feelings and once she’s ready they wanted to ask her what happened, it didn’t take too long for Nymphadora to release all those sad feelings that she has been saving for so many weeks that she has lost the count about it.

- Are you feeling better now? – Asked Fleur as she wiped the tears on her best friend’s face.

The older woman nodded, she was still feeling a bit emotional, but still, that didn’t mean that she was going to keep on crying, she decided to stop for a while, she still felt sad, but she knew that she had to get what she had out of her chest.

- What happened Dora? Is it “him” again, right? – Asked Harry, completely angry to talk about his former teacher.

The image that the hero of the wizarding world had of the older man was different a few years ago, he admired him, but once he married Nymphadora, it seems as if he released a side that was completely hidden.

Remus Lupin was always acting like an irresponsible teenager, always complaining about his life and how everyone was at fault but him, and it seems like he also resented his marriage with Nymphadora, he accused her of blackmailing him to marry her.

Nymphadora just nodded at Harry’s question, she was ready to sob once again, but she decided to wait before doing that, she needed to say the next words that she wanted to get off her chest.

- We’ve divorced today – She said surprising the couple.

Of all the things that Nymphadora could say tonight, this was the last one they expected to hear, it seems like the night still had some surprises left in store for Harry and Fleur, they’ve been telling her to end the marriage for years, but the older woman was still reluctant about doing it, she seemed to be convinced that the marriage with Remus still could be saved.

- I’m sorry to hear that – He said calmly but he wasn’t being honest about it, he was happy that she managed to get out of that toxic relationship, to be honest.

Nymphadora decided to sob once again right now, thankfully Fleur was with her to make her feel better, that wasn’t easy, a divorce isn’t something simple, it took her tons of strength to finally make this decision.

Harry decided to leave both women alone for a while, he decided to get something nice to drink, he knows that she had just gotten off the effects of alcohol, so, he was going to get something better, they needed to drink properly not just fill themselves with pointless alcohol.

- Do you want to stay here? You know that you’re free to stay here with us – Fleur offered to her best friend.

Nymphadora quickly shook her head, she’d feel bad if she accepted her best friend’s proposal because she had been thinking about coming here with other intentions.

- I’m glad to hear your offer, Fleur… But I can't accept it, I’m sorry, I'm such a bad friend – Nymphadora said surprising the blonde woman.

And suddenly, Harry got back to the living room, he was carrying an expensive bottle of wine, it was a gift from Apolline.

- Come on… Don’t feel bad, I already know about your little adventure with Fleur – Harry confessed and that surprised both Nymphadora and Fleur.

First of all, Nymphadora was surprised to hear the words that she voiced while she was drunk, in her normal state she would have never dared to say that, as for Fleur, well, she was feeling a little angry that her best friend decided to tell her husband about that.

- I’m an awful person… I know – Nymphadora mumbled before she was getting ready to get out of the house.

Harry and Fleur quickly decided to stop her, she might do something stupid if she somehow gets out of the house, she said some stupid things tonight, but those weren’t things that Harry and Fleur weren’t aware of.

- Stop right now! It's dangerous for you to go outside, you might do something stupid! – Fleur said to her best friend.

The metamorph was surprised to hear those words, somehow, her eyes started to glow up, she was happy to hear that her friend loved her that much that she didn’t want to let her go.

- Fleur… I didn’t know you loved me that much! – Nymphadora wiped a tear that formed after she heard the blonde’s words.

- That’s… Not right, I love you but not as a lover and I don’t want you to go out because I know that you’re going to do something stupid, I'm convinced by that – Fleur said with a stern expression.

She and Harry managed to get Nymphadora to get back to her seat, she felt like a child that was being punished by her parents for her bad behavior, Nymphadora was trying her best to not lose control and get out of the house, she wanted to have more fun.

As for Fleur, well, seeing the way her best friend was acting, that made her get into a thinking pose, she was trying to think about what to do with the older woman, she was single and free now, so, Nymphadora had all the things needed to have a crazy life, Fleur wanted to avoid her from ruining her life, so, a plan formed into her head.

- So… Now that we’re being honest and you confessed to Harry what we did it seems like you came with strange intentions, right? – Asked the blonde with a serious expression – Were you expecting to do it with me or Harry? Or maybe both? – Asked the veela feeling weird by the tone she was using.

Fleur doesn't like to act like that, she felt as if she was acting like an old lady that offended the proud witch that has always been trying to take care of herself and her body even if she has a natural beauty thanks to her veela heritage.

Nymphadora felt guilty but still, she decided to be honest with the veela, so, once they stared directly at each other’s eyes, Nymphadora couldn’t do another thing than nod.

- Both – Said Nymphadora with some guilt.

The metamorph was expecting for her best friend to yell at her and kick her out of her house because she wasn't being clear, it seems like she wanted to fuck both her and Harry.

But instead, Fleur did something better, she decided to embrace her best friend, which surprised the metamorph who decided to blush after she was being embraced by the veela.

- Nymphadora… You’re my best friend… There’s a deep connection between us and I can feel it thanks to my veela senses… I’ve always felt like there was something special between us – Fleur started before she decided to make the older woman stare at her husband.

Harry and Fleur looked at each other’s gaze for a few moments until Fleur nodded happily.

- I know what you want Nymphadora and what your intentions were and I have to say that… I agree – That surprised the metamorph – If that will help you to feel better then… Let’s do it, let’s have sex with Harry – Said the veela happily.

And those words not only surprised Nymphadora, Harry was stunned too after hearing those words, he was finding it hard to believe that his wife could say something like that, he belongs only to her, Apolline and Gabby, so, hearing that Fleur’s wants to have a threesome with Nymphadora has gotten him in the mood already.
