Re:Dark Before going into the second season I hope they review the family tree thoroughly, the timeline and all the tidbits explained on the website. (All of them, not just Eric/Calvin, they can hopefully put it up after the end of a reaction to see it) It’s true in a lot of shows but especially this one that if you don’t master the understanding of this first season it will be derail everything for the following ones. Love the reactions but want to make you guys understand what’s happening/going on

I only got that feeling from this episode. He was scatterbrained and distracting. He was off on unrelated joke tangents this episode, while the other three were talking through their theories. Joke tangents happen quite often, but no one else was bouncing off of him so it seemed off.

If you watch other shows, he doesn't do this at all, is only in this show, all he does is make jokes that unrelated to the topic. Also, not every reaction need levity, I don't think anyone that watch Dark reaction want to see comedy.

I couldn't disagree more. If anything, in the earlier to mid episodes it almost came off like the others at the table were distracting him when he was genuinely trying to pay attention.

He says in the intro to episode 9 that over the holiday break he was thinking about Dark and excited to get back and watch more. I think he's just injecting some levity into a group youtube reaction of an often quite serious show.

It's just me or Eric seem to not care about Dark at all? Seem like all he want to do is trying to derail the conversation with silly goofball jokes, it's kinda annoying by this point.

I don't remember who, but in one or two instances they actually got actual relatives of the people to play the older or younger selfs. Ugh...1899 deserved better than Netflix.

Love the casting in Dark, my personal favourite is Jonas, especially how older Jonas just makes you feel like someone who has seen so much and is so disconnected from his young self in a way.

Rick said that the earliest we can expect those reactions to come back is April. It's nice to have this kinda "confirmation" cause I want to see their Haikyuu S4 reaction which we will prob get after Ghost in the Shell

It's possible Maggie needed a break, for whatever reason (and that's their business, and likely something they have chosen not to make public). I know it's a bummer. I'm just happy she's been hanging out with Rick on his OoT streams, which means she's okay, even if she's not up for doing side reaction content with Rick anymore for the time being.

The casting of Dark is the best in any show ever, but old/young Aleksander/Boris takes the cake for me. It's like they traveled back in time to get that man's younger self.

I know this is off topic but has Rick ever said why he and Maggie never finished Ghost in the Shell? It's been months and there's only a few episodes left.
