If it was a cream-filled cookie, I'd say that he could, because the cream is actually infused within the cookie, but since we're talking about Oreos, I don't think he can, since the cream is basically just a topping on the Oreo and can be more easily removed. Also, I consider an Oreo more of a cookie sandwich than an actual "cookie," which I think is much more important to the debate.

I think cookes have to be baked to be cookies so no dough or raw ingredients. No bakes are still cooked and homogeneous so those count. Although, my family doesn't do no bake cookies, we pour into a pan like brownies and then eat them while still boiling hot

well if we are taking the same stance as Morty when he asked if he could control sugar then probably which would also mean that he would be able to control the sugar in your blood making him a blood bender

He could control the cream exclusively but only after it’s been between the chocolate wafers and thus part of a cookie. Before joining the wafers it’s cream not cookie, but after he could separate it that just makes sense.

As someone from the UK I'd like to clarify something. We don't just call all cookies, biscuits. They're made in two different ways. Saying cookies and biscuits are the same thing is like comparing burgers and stakes, not to mention they have a different taste and texture. Cookies are a lot sweeter due to more sugar and biscuits are normally a load harder and are typically served with tea. I can't believe THIS is what I choose to be my first comment on a poll.
