I actually gasped out loud when we got the reveal. I think it works fine and it explains why the bangle was able to activate noor related powers in her when it didn't do it in others.

The difference is Eric is biased towards Inhumans because of AoS. I agree, there's no difference between which one they would have revealed, but I do also see Eric's point that this did feel a little tacked on just at the end (it was set up a bit earlier on and this reveal is also just meant to be a tease at a future storyline for where they're going so you can't really have that much of a problem with it because it hasn't been expanded on/explained just yet).

I can’t really see where Eric is coming from on this one. If they’d have said she was inhuman at the end what would be the difference? Inhuman and mutant are practically the same thing. One is activated by stress and one by a magic crystal. She’s still a human with special genes and a magic bracelet. Although I do agree with him that the villains are awful. I loved the family and cultural aspects of this show though. But with the villains, this is a kids show and it’s more about the hero fighting bad guys than a complex clash of two opposing ideologies.

To me it seems like what they are trying to say is that "mutants" have been on earth the whole time. They are only showing up now because of the stuff happening around them. Wanda and pietro had the x gene activate from the mind stone. Monica walking thru the barrier in wandavision unlocked the gene within her and we dont know who her father is. The bangle unlocked the gene within kamala that was passed down from aisha. The origin or reason of how the mutants got the x gene in them is going to be different for each. I don't think that they are going to do something like kree experiments are the reason or that there is going to be a "Father of all mutants". Having kamala say it's just going to be another label is marv saying that anyone they introduce with powers that is caused by their genes and not because of a serum, suit or the fact that they are aliens is going to be considered a mutant/not normal.
