2022-03-26 17:24:58 +0000 UTCAccording to Grant Gustin himself, it's someone new. But also in season 1 of the flash Grant Gustin said Harrison Wells wasn't reverse flash. (which was a lie but technically also true since wells was never thawn because thawn took over wells's body).
