2021-12-23 18:11:00 +0000 UTCI think that's kind of the point. I mean that's just the start of his story, basically the prologue. Thorfinn has much room to grow, I'm super hyped for the second season. Look at it this way. Thorfinn knows nothing but violence since he was a little kid, he has abandoned everything for his revenge. If he would just stop, what would be left? He would have wasted the last 10 years for nothing, he would have killed all this people for nothing. Its not so easy just to stop, after sacrificing so much.

2021-12-23 17:05:26 +0000 UTCWatching Vinland Saga a second time through now with Blind Wave I still have a hard time because I dislike Thorfinn so much. The rest of the show is so good, but it's so painful to watch the kid be so singled noted, only a mindless hate filled rage monster for a majority of it. How has it never once entered his mind what his father would have wanted.
